The coach and influencer highlights the importance of seeking happiness Elisa Ponte was elected Miss Happiness 2025, by Miss Bela Brasil, a competition created by the VH Assessoria office. It is the third year in a row that she has received the ribbon. In addition to being a model, Elisa Ponte is a writer, mastercoach and behavioral therapist. She highlights five pillars for achieving happiness after being in an abusive relationship: 1. *Emotional healing*: Allow yourself to feel and process the emotions related to the abusive relationship. Seek support from friends, family or mental health professionals. 2. *Rebuilding self-esteem*: Work to rebuild your self-esteem and confidence. Do things that make you feel good and valued. 3. *Establishing limits*: Establish healthy limits in your future relationships. Learn to say "no" and prioritize your needs. 4. *Self-care*: Prioritize physical, emotional and mental self-care. Do things that promote your health and well-being. 5. *New perspective*: Develop a new perspective on life and relationships.
