Known for his superhero characters like Captain America, Cleber Malta is a self-taught entrepreneur and technology enthusiast. His journey towards creating the jetpack backpack started a few years ago when he set out to explore new challenges in the field of engineering and technology. Cleber Malta’s jetpack backpack is an ambitious and complex project that involves meticulous assembly and adjustments of various components.
To function, the backpack features six SW400pro turbines, a professional version with specific characteristics tailored for its application. Each turbine can generate a thrust of up to 400 Newtons, equivalent to 40 kg, providing the propulsion needed to elevate the user to impressive heights. In addition to the turbines, the backpack is equipped with a safety belt capable of supporting up to 290 kilograms, ensuring the pilot’s safety during the flight.
Despite the enthusiasm and high expectations surrounding the project, Cleber Malta is cautious and prioritizes safety at every stage of the jetpack’s development. Before conducting the much-awaited first test, he is conducting detailed checks to ensure everything functions perfectly. The tests include checking the pressure in the fuel pumps, adjusting the turbine outlets, and verifying the overall weight of the equipment on the body.
