Just a few months after the release of their acclaimed album \u201cThe Seven Laws,\u201d the band EMPIRIC is back with the single \u201cDon’t Play With Fire.\u201d This new track presents itself as a sonic explosion that addresses the current state of the world, highlighting the actions and attitudes that threaten the survival of our species and the planet. It\u2019s a warning message that deserves to be heard by everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Vocalist and guitarist JP leads the band, once again accompanied by the talented Chus Gancedo on drums and legendary Brazilian bassist Luis Mariutti (ANGRA, SHAMAN) on the rhythmic base. The solos are performed by virtuosos Adr\u00edan Garc\u00eda and Jorge Rodr\u00edguez, who join JP for live performances. Mixing and mastering were handled by renowned Fredrik Nordstr\u00f6m (HAMMERFALL, IN FLAMES, DIMMU BORGIR, OPETH, ARCHITECTS) at his famous Studio Fredman in Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band\u2019s second album, \u201cThe Seven Laws,\u201d is inspired by Deepak Chopra’s book \u2018The Seven Spiritual Laws.\u2019 Produced by JP, who also recorded guitars and vocals, the album features renowned Brazilian bassist Luis Mariutti (SHAMAN, ANGRA) and talented Chus Gancedo on drums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cThe Seven Laws\u201d includes special collaborations from Sascha Paeth (AVANTASIA), Doug Scarratt (SAXON), Chris Caffery (SAVATAGE), as well as award-winning musician and producer Tonio Ruiz (CODA), along with Marcelo V\u00e9liz and Gustavo Escobar (RICKY MARTIN).
Mixing and mastering were done by legendary Fredrik Nordstr\u00f6m at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This solid rock album incorporates elements from different styles and genres, united by EMPIRIC’s unique sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
