In Japan, she observed women forming support groups to collectively navigate the pressures of a traditional society. In Chile, she saw how feminist movements have brought together women from different social backgrounds, creating true networks of solidarity. “In France, the idea of sisterhood is gaining strong momentum. And in Dubai, expatriate women are building initiatives to support one another,” she added.

Patrícia believes female rivalry remains a global challenge. “In many countries, society still conditions us to compete. But we must realize that lifting another woman up doesn’t take anything away from us. On the contrary—it empowers us all,” she said. For her, the key lies in awareness and shifting mindsets, something she’s seen take root in places like Mexico and Chile, where women are banding together to fight for rights and recognition.

When asked whether women’s unity can also transform professional environments, her answer was clear: “Absolutely! In Japan, I met a group of female entrepreneurs who joined forces to launch a business. They shared resources and knowledge—and the result was a success story that went on to inspire other women in their community.”

To promote this kind of culture in everyday life, Patrícia encourages simple, intentional actions—forming support groups, attending community events, celebrating other women’s achievements, and practicing mentorship. “Sharing experiences and reaching out a hand—that’s what truly changes lives.”
She also points out that, from an early age, girls are taught to compete. “We need to break that cycle, starting in schools and families.
